During the first four days, students evaluate their classmates and other students in the same year. Each student is allowed to cast 3 praise votes and 3 criticism votes for their own classmates. Additionally, they can cast 1 praise vote for students in other classes within the same year.
On the fifth day, students finalize their votes. They can vote for anyone in their own class and must also cast 1 praise vote for a student in another class.
