History of White Room
It all started from Atsuomi Ayanokoji, the father of Kiyotaka Ayanokoji. He was a right-hand man of a powerful politician named Naeo Sensei. Since Naeo is planning to win the election shortly, he gives a project to Atsuomi. Which is the “Human Resource Development Plan” later named as the White Room.Since Naeo doesn’t want to involve in his name in the project he instructs Atsuomi to take care of funding the projects and not to use his name.
To proceed with the plan of the white room he needed,
- Fundings (a lot)
- A building
- Instructors
- Students
In the meantime, Kamagova who was looking for a location for the white room secured a building in the countryside.
Shortly after Atsuomi and Kamagova interviewed 10 people for the instructor’s position and selected a total of 4 people.
As for the students, the plan was to take children from rich people who didn’t want to raise their children from them in exchange for some investment in the White Room. Since nobody believed an institute was only just started he did some workaround to get children from illegal ways and secured about 15 children.
Shortly after the white room started to train their first generation of students. A curriculum was developed with 10 difficulty levels. At each level, education gets harder and harder for the students. Also, an additional curriculum called beta curriculum was developed at the most possible hardest level.
The students who failed to keep up with the curriculum were expelled.
Ayanokoji Kiyotaka
Atsuomi needed more investment for the White Room. To convince a lot of investors and make them trust the White Room he decided to have a child and put him in the White Room. After doing a contract marriage Kiyotaka was born.Atsuomi decided to put him in the fourth generation of the White Room and adapt the Beta Curriculum for the fourth generation. Since the intensity of the Beta curriculum students dropped out fairly quickly. In the end, Ayanokoji was the only one who remained in the fourth generation.
Ayanokoji had the incredible ability to adapt to the environment. That is why he turns out to be the best of the White Room.
Turning Point
Everything was going well as planned. Finally, the elections came Atsuomi believed Naeo had a great opportunity to win the election. But Naeo said he was not going to participate in the election because his opponent had done quite a lot of damage to his reputation. So, Naeo made up with the opponent in order to keep his current position in politics.Since Naeo’s opponent Kijima also doing some projects similar to the White Room Naeo agreed to shut down the White Room. But Atsuomi doesn’t like the idea of closing the White Room he created by years of hard work.
Since Naeo was powerful Atsuomi decided to pause the operations of the white room and keep Kiyotaka with him. But Kiyotaka had other intentions. With the help of one of the butlers who worked for Atsuomi, he enrolled in the Advance Nurturing School.
